How to read the quantities
The floor tile allowance is 88 sq. ft. × $5 = $440; installation is 80 sq. ft. × $12 = $960. Keeping the two quantities separate explains the $1,400 combined tile amount.
What the example includes—and leaves out
Give the vanity, faucet and tile their own material allowances. Put installation labor on separate lines. If the customer chooses a more expensive fixture, the material difference is visible without silently changing the labor amount. Record who orders, receives and checks the products.
Outside this scope: No wall relocation, new shower assembly, concealed water-damage repair or electrical service changes. Verify any required approvals separately.
